How many sessions will my tattoo take?
Most tattoos clear completely in 6–10 sessions, spaced 6–8 weeks apart. Your number depends on ink color (black clears fastest; certain greens and bright blues are slowest), ink density and depth, the tattoo's age (older clears faster), your skin tone and immune system, location on the body (closer to the heart clears faster than extremities), and whether it was professionally or amateur applied. Your consultation sets a realistic estimate.
Why picosecond instead of a Q-switched laser?

Does it hurt?
We apply topical numbing before treatment, and most clients describe the sensation as quick snaps, like a rubber band. Sessions are short — 5 to 30 minutes depending on tattoo size — and most people return to normal activities the same day.
Why do I have to wait 6–8 weeks between sessions?
Because the fading happens between appointments, not during them. Your lymphatic system needs those weeks to carry away the shattered ink fragments — treating sooner doesn't speed clearance, it just treats skin that's still working.
Can you remove microblading or permanent makeup?
No — we don't offer cosmetic tattoo removal (microblading, lip blush, permanent eyeliner). Cosmetic pigments respond unpredictably to laser treatment, so we've chosen not to treat them.
Do I need a consultation first?
Yes — every tattoo removal client starts with a complimentary consultation. We review the tattoo, assess your skin, set realistic expectations, and confirm candidacy. Removal isn't appropriate during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with active skin infections at the site, a history of keloid scarring, Accutane use within six months, a recent tan or self-tanner, or certain photosensitizing conditions.
