Texture, Dullness & Glow

When skin looks tired even when you're not, texture is usually the culprit — built-up dead cells, dehydration, turnover that's simply slowed down. All of it is fixable.

Understanding It

Where the glow goes.

Glow is mostly physics. Smooth, hydrated skin reflects light evenly; skin coated in built-up dead cells scatters it, which reads as dull no matter how rested you are. Young skin sheds and renews itself on a brisk schedule, but that turnover slows with age, stress, dehydration, and sun exposure — and the surface gradually loses its polish. Add enlarged pores and rough patches, and makeup stops sitting the way it used to.

The fix is refreshingly straightforward: clear the buildup, restore hydration, and nudge the skin's renewal cycle back up to speed. Different treatments do this at different depths — from a same-day polish before an event to a series that rebuilds texture from within — which is why we start with your skin, your calendar, and your goals before picking one.

How We Treat It

Polish the surface, speed the renewal.

Some of these glow same-day; others build over a series. Your esthetician will sequence them for your skin. Members save up to 15% on most services.

The Rejuvia Difference

Read first, treated second.

We don't run the same protocol on every face. Your treatment starts with a skin analysis, and your esthetician selects products, extractions, masks, and techniques based on what your skin needs that day — because the skin you bring us in humid August isn't the skin you bring us in January.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

Which facial should I start with?
If you're not sure, book the Custom Facial. It opens with a full skin analysis, and your esthetician builds the treatment — and your longer-term recommendations — around what your skin actually shows that day. From there, we can point you toward HydraFacial, peels, or laser as your skin warrants.
How often should I come in?
Most skin does best with a monthly rhythm — our memberships are built around a complimentary monthly facial for exactly that reason. Series-based treatments like peels and laser facials run four to six weeks apart, then drop to maintenance every two to three months.
I have an event coming up. When should I start?
Earlier than you think for anything that peels or builds collagen; as close as the day before for a HydraFacial or dermaplaning, which have no downtime. For weddings and big occasions, our wedding skin prep timeline lays out the full countdown.
My skin is sensitive. Can I still do this?
Almost always — the treatment just gets chosen more carefully. Every protocol is customized to your skin that day, and gentler options exist at every level, from a calming Petite Facial to PCA's NoPeel, formulated to reduce visible redness rather than provoke it. Tell us what your skin reacts to and we'll plan around it.
