Cancellation & No Show Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Clients who cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice will be billed 50% of the price of the scheduled service. Clients who do not show up for a scheduled appointment or notify us in advance will be billed for the full price of the scheduled service. We understand that emergencies and illnesses can arise, therefore last minute cancellations due to things such as verifiable emergencies, illnesses or inclement weather will generally not result in any missed session charges, however this is to be determined at the practitioner's discretion.
Late Arrival Policy
All scheduled appointments will end at the scheduled ending time in order for us to stay on schedule. Clients who arrive late to their scheduled appointment will be charged for the full session and will not receive a time extension. For your first appointment, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow time to complete the Client Intake Form. For all other appointments, please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow time to undress and get on the table to enjoy a relaxed and unhurried experience.
Deposit & Payment Policy
A deposit of 50% may be required at the time of booking, dependent on the service. Full payment is required at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards. Any chargebacks or disputes without prior communication with our business will result in a $50 administrative fee for each chargeback to cover processing and legal costs. The client will be responsible for the full disputed amount plus any applicable bank fees if the chargeback is found to be fraudulent or unjustified. Any unpaid chargebacks may be sent to collections and may result in the client being banned from booking future services. We strongly encourage clients to contact us first to resolve disputes before initiating a chargeback.
Refund & Service Satisfaction Policy
All service sales are final. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Refunds are granted at the discretion of management. All prepaid service packages and gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. Clients acknowledge that they are committing to a discounted package rate in exchange for multiple sessions. Packages may be transferable to another person upon written request and approval by management. A transfer fee of $50 may apply. Prepaid service packages must be used within 5 years from the purchase date. Expired packages will not be honored, but one-time extensions may be granted under special circumstances with management approval. An extension fee of $50 may apply. If a client fails to show up for an appointment without proper notice, the session will be deducted from their prepaid package.
Medical Disclosure & Consent Policy
Clients must complete a health intake form before receiving treatment. It is the client's responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition is contraindicated for the treatment.
Minor & Guest Policy
Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present and provide written consent before receiving treatment. For everyone's safety and to maintain a quiet, focused environment, we kindly ask that clients do not bring guests or children into the treatment room unless previously arranged and approved. Exceptions may be made for caregivers or interpreters with prior notice.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who is rude, inappropriate, intoxicated, or violates our policies. Harassment or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other clients will result in immediate termination of services and may lead to legal action.
Hygiene & Personal Care Policy
To maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all clients and staff, we kindly ask that clients arrive showered and practice good personal hygiene prior to their appointment. If a client presents with strong or offensive odors, we reserve the right to reschedule the session at our discretion. Thank you for helping us ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.
Gift Card & Package Expiration Policy
Gift cards and prepaid service packages expire 5 years from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
Communication Policy
We do our best to respond to all appointment requests, messages, and emails within 24 business hours. Messages received after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays may be addressed on the next business day. For urgent matters, please call the business directly during regular hours.
Product Sales & Return Policy
All product sales are final. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened products. If you receive a damaged item or there is a product concern, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for review.
Client Privacy & Confidentiality
