Wellness & Functional Medicine

Targeted vitamin injections, administered in minutes.

Vitamin injections deliver nutrients directly, skipping the absorption limits of pills and powders. Every shot on our menu takes about 15 minutes — easy to fit before work, after a workout, or alongside another visit.

The Menu

Vitamin injections for specific wellness goals.

Each injection on the menu is built around a specific goal — steady energy, immune support, recovery, metabolism, or skin. Administered by our medical team in minutes, they're the simplest entry point to everything we do on the wellness side. Many clients pair a weekly shot with a GLP-1 program, IV therapy, or a monthly facial; the Wellness Pass ($349/month) even builds a weekly vitamin shot in.

Not sure which one fits? Ask at the front desk — the team can recommend the option that fits your goal.

What to Expect

What to expect.

Check in, take a seat, and a member of our medical team administers your shot — typically in the arm or hip. The whole visit takes about 15 minutes, with no downtime; you can head straight back to your day. Clients who make shots a weekly or biweekly habit often report the most consistent results, which is why members and Wellness Pass holders build them into a routine.

If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or managing a medical condition, mention it at check-in — our team will confirm the right option for you.

Frequently asked questions.

Quick answers for a quick treatment.

How long does an appointment take?
About 15 minutes, start to finish — every shot on the menu. There's no downtime, so you can book one on a lunch break or on your way to anything else.
Which shot should I pick?
Match the shot to the goal: B12 for everyday energy (especially with fatigue or a plant-based diet), NAD+ for energy, focus, and sleep, D3 for immunity and mood, glutathione or vitamin C for skin and recovery, Tri-Immune when you feel something coming on, and the MICC Fat Burning shot to support metabolism alongside a weight program. Our team is happy to help you choose.
How often can I get vitamin injections?
Many clients come weekly or every other week for consistent results — the Wellness Pass ($349/month) includes a weekly vitamin shot for exactly that reason. Your provider can recommend a cadence based on your goals.
What's the difference between a shot and IV therapy?
A shot is a quick intramuscular dose of one targeted formula; an IV delivers a larger blend of fluids and nutrients directly into the bloodstream over an hour or more. Shots are faster and less expensive ($25–$50); IVs offer higher volumes and broader formulas ($95–$475). Many clients use both — see our IV therapy menu.
Do you offer memberships?
Yes — if you're in regularly, our monthly passes are built for exactly that. See the Memberships page for what each one includes.
