Volume Loss & Facial Balancing

Volume loss rarely announces itself. One day the light just sits differently — cheeks a little flatter, jawline a little softer. Restoring it well is about proportion, never plumpness.

Understanding It

Why faces lose volume.

A youthful face is built in layers — bone, deep fat pads, collagen-rich skin — and every layer thins with time. Fat pads shift and deflate, bone slowly remodels, and skin produces less of the collagen that keeps it firm. The result isn't one dramatic change but a quiet redistribution: hollowing at the temples and cheeks, folds that deepen beside the nose and mouth, a jawline that loses its clean line.

Facial balancing is how we think about correcting it. Rather than chasing a single fold or a fuller lip in isolation, your injector looks at the whole face — where structure has been lost, where proportions have drifted — and restores it in the right order. Sometimes that means replacing volume directly. Sometimes it means coaching your skin to rebuild its own collagen. Often it's a measured combination, staged over visits.

How We Treat It

Restore the structure, refine the balance.

Every plan starts with a $50 consultation, credited toward treatment if you proceed. Members save up to 15% on most services.

The Rejuvia Difference

Balanced is the goal, not bigger.

Good filler work is invisible — people notice you look rested, not treated. That's why we plan full-face work in stages, typically over more than one visit, and why every filler appointment includes a two-week follow-up so your result can be assessed once everything has settled. Conservative first, always.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

Will I still look like myself?
Yes — that's the entire point of balancing. The RHA collection was developed for dynamic areas of the face, so treated areas keep moving naturally with your expressions. We dose conservatively, stage larger plans over visits, and review everything with you at your included two-week follow-up.
How long do fillers last?
It varies by product, area, and your own metabolism. Revanesse Lips+ lasts up to twelve months. Radiesse typically lasts 12–18 months, and Sculptra results can last two years or more since the collagen it builds is your own. Your injector will map expected longevity for your specific plan at consult.
Can filler be dissolved if I don't love it?
Hyaluronic acid fillers — including the RHA collection and Revanesse Lips+ — can be reversed. Radiesse cannot, which is one reason we walk through product selection carefully before anything is injected. Starting conservatively means reversal is rarely needed.
How should I plan the cost?
Filler starts at $650 per syringe; typical ranges run one to two syringes for lips and two to four for cheeks, with full-face plans staged over visits. Biostimulators are $850 per vial. Your $50 consultation is credited toward treatment, members save up to 15%, and Treat Now, Pay Later financing is available.
