A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Courtney leads our clinical programs — hormone optimization and testosterone replacement therapy, peptide protocols, IV vitamin therapy, and aesthetic injectables — with a deep love for functional medicine and a genuine belief that most people are capable of feeling a whole lot better than they currently do.

She reads labs closely and explains what they actually mean for you, not just whether you're "in range." Patients tend to leave her appointments feeling heard, informed, and genuinely excited about their health for the first time in a while.

Avery is the kind of person who makes you feel completely at ease the moment you walk through the door. A UT Austin graduate and former emergency room nurse turned aesthetic injector, she brings an exceptional eye for detail, steady hands, and a clinical depth of anatomy knowledge that's rare among injectors.

She approaches every face as its own canvas, with a philosophy rooted in enhancing what's already there rather than changing it — results that read as natural, refined, and uniquely you, never overdone. And she never stops studying: ongoing education and current technique are part of how she practices.

With a background in licensed cosmetology, patient coordination, and years of management alongside some of the country's leading plastic surgeons, she creates an environment where every patient feels cared for, every team member feels supported, and every detail is handled with intention.

She leads with kindness but doesn't miss a thing — and her standards for the patient experience are simply unmatched.

Aaron Blom, DO

A general surgeon and wound care specialist, Dr. Blom trained in the University of Pennsylvania's general surgery program, where he served as Chief Resident. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Wound Management, a fellow of the American College of Clinical Wound Specialists, and holds an MBA in healthcare management. He provides physician oversight across every clinical protocol we offer.

The author of more than 100 scientific publications and a recipient of the NIH's highly selective Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award, he has overseen physician groups of up to 300 and taught medical trainees around the world. Away from the clinic, he's happiest with an opera on, a historical novel open, or his family close by.
