our team
Rejuvia Wellness & Medical Spa was born from a simple but powerful belief: that feeling your best shouldn't be out of reach. Located in the heart of Uptown Dallas, we're a team of clinicians, aestheticians, and wellness professionals who are genuinely passionate about what we do — and deeply committed to the people we do it for.
We take a whole-person approach to health and beauty, blending the science of functional medicine with the artistry of modern aesthetics. Whether you're here to optimize your hormones, transform your skin, or simply carve out a moment of care for yourself, you'll find a team that takes your goals seriously, treats you like the individual you are, and meets you with kindness every single step of the way.
No cookie-cutter protocols. No rushed appointments. Just thoughtful, personalized care from people who truly love this work — and genuinely love their patients.
Courtney Cosgrove
APRN-CNPCourtney is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a deep love for functional medicine and a genuine belief that most people are capable of feeling a whole lot better than they currently do. She's the kind of provider who actually reads your labs — all of them — and takes the time to explain what they mean for you, not just whether you fall within a standard reference range.
Her clinical focus spans hormone optimization and testosterone replacement therapy, peptide protocols, IV vitamin therapy, and aesthetic injectables. But more than any specific service, what drives Courtney is the bigger picture: understanding the why behind how you feel and building a care plan that reflects your actual life and goals.
Patients tend to leave her appointments feeling heard, informed, and genuinely excited about their health for the first time in a while. She has a warm, no-nonsense energy that makes even the most complex lab work feel approachable — and a talent for meeting people exactly where they are.
Whether you're just starting your wellness journey or looking to fine-tune what's already working, Courtney is in your corner.
Avery Morey
RN, BSNAvery is the kind of person who makes you feel completely at ease the moment you walk through the door — and that warmth is exactly what she brings to every single patient interaction. A University of Texas at Austin graduate and emergency room nurse by training, Avery has built a clinical foundation that most injectors simply don't have. Years spent triaging high-acuity patients across some of the country's busiest ERs gave her an exceptional eye for detail, steady hands, and a deep understanding of anatomy that directly translates into safe, beautiful aesthetic results.
But what truly sets Avery apart is her artistry. She approaches every face as its own canvas, with a philosophy rooted in enhancing what's already there rather than changing it. Her patients consistently describe results that look natural, refined, and uniquely them — never overdone.
Avery has a particular love for the cosmetic world and the way a thoughtful treatment can genuinely shift how someone feels about themselves. She's as passionate about continued education as she is about her patients, always staying current on the latest techniques so she can offer the very best.
If you're looking for an injector who will listen carefully, advise honestly, and treat you like a friend — Avery is your person.
Madison Loader
Medical Aesthetician and Licensed Laser TechnicianMadison knows firsthand what it feels like to struggle with your skin — and that personal experience is exactly what makes her such a compassionate, dedicated esthetician. Having navigated her own journey with acne, she brings a level of empathy and understanding to her work that goes far beyond technique. For Madison, helping someone feel confident and comfortable in their skin isn't just a job. It's personal.
A licensed esthetician and certified laser hair removal technician, Madison holds advanced certifications in microneedling, dermaplaning, and the Face Reality acne treatment protocol — one of the most rigorous and results-driven acne programs in the industry. She takes a methodical, science-backed approach to skin health, carefully analyzing each patient's unique skin before recommending a treatment path. Whether she's working through a stubborn acne case, smoothing texture, or addressing unwanted hair, Madison is thorough, thoughtful, and deeply invested in real, lasting results.
Her patients often describe her as someone who genuinely listens — who remembers the details, follows up on progress, and celebrates every win along the way. Because for Madison, glowing skin is about so much more than the surface. It's about how you feel when you look in the mirror.
Deserae Merritt
General ManagerDeserae is the heartbeat of Rejuvia. With a background that spans licensed cosmetology, patient coordination, and years of management experience alongside some of the country's leading plastic surgeons, she brings a rare combination of clinical understanding, operational expertise, and genuine warmth to everything she does. Simply put — she gets it from every angle.
Her path into aesthetic medicine started at the chair, developing a deep appreciation for how much the way you look and feel affects the way you move through the world. That foundation led her into the world of plastic surgery practices, where she honed her skills in patient care, team leadership, and the art of running a high-performing practice with grace and precision. Along the way, she discovered her true calling: creating an environment where every patient feels cared for, every team member feels supported, and every detail is handled with intention.
As General Manager of Rejuvia, Deserae sets the tone. She's the reason first-time patients feel like regulars from the moment they walk in, and the reason the team operates with such cohesion and heart. She leads with kindness but doesn't miss a thing — and her standards for the patient experience are simply unmatched. When you're in Deserae's hands, you're in good ones.
