How Memberships Work

The structure, in plain terms.

One base pass per client. You hold one pass-based membership at a time — and a laser hair removal membership can stack on top of it.
Six-month minimum. Real results take a season, so every pass begins with a six-month commitment. After that, it runs month to month with 30 days' notice to cancel.
Annual perks reset on your anniversary. Your perk renews on your membership anniversary date — not January 1st — so you're never racing a calendar.
15% member savings. Every pass includes 15% off all other services and retail.
Not combinable with the Wellness Wallet. The pass membership discount cannot be combined with Wellness Wallet memberships.

Can I switch from one pass to another?

Yes — once your initial six-month term is complete. Goals evolve; your membership can too.

Can I pause my membership?

Medical pauses — for pregnancy, surgery, or illness — are available with documentation. Non-medical pauses fall outside the standard membership structure, so talk to us if life throws you a curveball.

Can my partner or family share my membership?

Memberships are individual and non-transferable. That said, couples and family pricing is available — ask us when you join.

What happens to services I don't use in a month?

Services without a maximum clinical frequency roll over, and our team helps you with scheduling so included treatments don't slip through the cracks.

How does cancellation work?

After your six-month term, cancel any time with 30 days' notice. Cancelling during the initial term requires completing the full term, unless your membership is medically paused.
