Rejuvia's memberships are built for the clients who already know that the best results come from showing up consistently. Whether your focus is aesthetics, wellness, or longevity, our programs deliver more value than à la carte pricing, structure that keeps you on track, and the kind of access that turns a med spa visit into a real relationship with your providers. Below are our three pass-based memberships. Each is designed around a specific set of goals, and each delivers more than the membership fee covers when used consistently.
The Unlimited Pass $349/month
For clients who want consistent aesthetic maintenance — tox, facials, and laser hair removal — handled on a regular cadence without thinking about it.
What's included:
- Unlimited Dysport tox (Daxxify available for lower face only — no specialty areas)
- Monthly HydraFacial
- Unlimited laser hair removal on XS or S areas
- One-time annual perk: half syringe of lip filler OR one microneedling session per year
- 15% off all other services and retail
The Unlimited Pass is our most popular aesthetic membership. Most clients who use it consistently see their tox alone exceed the membership value within the first three months — the rest is upside. A note on tox: the Unlimited Pass covers unlimited Dysport for our standard treatment areas (forehead, frown lines, crow's feet, lip flip, and other commonly treated areas). Specialty areas such as masseter, Nefertiti lift, trap, and sweat are not included and are billed separately at member pricing.
The Wellness Pass $349/month
For clients on a GLP-1 weight loss program who want their treatment, their facial care, and their weekly wellness handled in one membership.
What's included:
- Weekly GLP-1 injection — semaglutide up to 1.45 mg/wk OR tirzepatide up to 6 mg/wk
- Monthly Custom Facial
- Weekly vitamin shot
- One-time annual perk: one VI Peel OR one microneedling session per year
- 15% off all other services and retail
The Wellness Pass is the best value we offer for clients on a GLP-1 program. For most clients, the included GLP-1 dose covers their full therapeutic range. For clients who escalate above the included cap, the Wellness Pass continues to deliver substantial value — you pay only the difference between your dose tier and the included cap (at member pricing), in addition to the monthly membership. You're never paying full price for higher doses.
The Performance Pass $349/month
For clients pursuing longevity, recovery, and performance — built around peptide therapy, hyperbaric oxygen, and integrated wellness care.
What's included:
- One monthly peptide vial (Standard tier — covers most of our recovery, longevity, and growth hormone peptides)
- Weekly 60 minute hyperbaric oxygen (HBOT) session
- Monthly Performance IV
- One-time annual perk: annual wellness health lab panel (valued at $350)
- 15% off all other services and retail
For specialty peptides above the Standard tier, members pay only the difference in member pricing — you're never paying full price. This is the membership we recommend for clients planning to stay on peptide therapy for several months and who want the recovery and metabolic support of HBOT and IV alongside their peptide program.
A Few Things to Know
One base membership per client. You can hold one pass-based membership (Unlimited, Wellness, or Performance) at a time. Our laser hair removal memberships stack on top of any base membership for clients who want unlimited LHR alongside their primary program.
Six-month minimum commitment. Pass memberships require a six-month minimum term. After your initial term, your membership continues month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice.
Annual perks reset on your anniversary. Lip filler, microneedling, VI Peel, and lab panel perks reset on the anniversary date of your membership — not on January 1.
Discounts and credit. Pass membership discount (15%) applies to all services and retail. Wallet credit from our Silver and Gold Wallet memberships cannot be combined with a pass membership — clients hold one or the other, not both.
Yes, after your initial six-month term is complete. We'll help you transition to the program that best fits where you are in your journey.
We can pause your membership for medical reasons (pregnancy, surgery, illness) with documentation. Standard pauses outside of medical need aren't part of the membership structure — the six-month commitment is what makes the pricing work.
Memberships are individual and non-transferable. We do offer couples and family pricing for clients who want to enroll together — ask about it at your consultation.
Included services without a maximum clinical frequency roll over. We'll always work with you to schedule your monthly appointments at a cadence that fits your life, and our team will reach out if we notice you're not using your benefits.
After your six-month term, you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Cancellation during the initial term requires completion of the full term unless paused for documented medical reasons.
