KLOW is one of our favorite blends, and the reason is simple: healing is rarely one process. It's circulation and collagen and inflammation and tissue migration all at once. KLOW is designed to support several of those pathways together rather than betting everything on one.
What KLOW is.
KLOW combines four peptides into a single formulation — the name comes from its components. Each works through a distinct biological pathway, so instead of pushing hard on one mechanism, the blend nudges several that overlap in purpose.
The four components.
GHK-Cu.
A copper tripeptide first discovered in human plasma in the 1970s. It's described as supporting collagen and elastin production while encouraging new blood vessel formation — the kind of groundwork tissue needs to rebuild well.
BPC-157.
Originally identified in gastric juice, this "body protection compound" is studied for soft-tissue healing and gut-lining support, thought to work through anti-inflammatory effects and its influence on growth signaling.
TB-500.
A synthetic version of thymosin beta-4. It's researched for helping cells migrate to injury sites and for supporting angiogenesis — the new blood supply that recovery depends on.
KPV.
The smallest component, derived from fragments of the alpha-MSH hormone. Its focus is inflammation, which it may quiet by calming the signaling pathways that drive it.
Why the combination makes sense.
These four peptides share overlapping goals — recovery, reduced inflammation and healthier tissue — but they reach those goals through different mechanisms. Blending them is designed to cover more of the terrain than any one peptide could alone, which is why clients focused on whole-body repair tend to gravitate toward it.
Who tends to consider it.
KLOW appeals to people looking for faster recovery from training or injury, joint and soft-tissue support, help managing chronic inflammation, or improvements in skin and tissue quality. If your body feels like it's healing more slowly than it used to, this is often the conversation people want to have.
An honest word on the evidence.
Much of the supporting research is preclinical, so the fair framing is "promising and widely used, not definitively proven." These peptides are not FDA-approved, and the regulatory status of compounded peptides has been shifting. We think you deserve that context up front rather than buried in a footnote.
How we approach it at Rejuvia.
Every peptide therapy here begins with a medical evaluation and runs under provider supervision. We source from licensed compounding pharmacies, and your provider will tell you honestly whether KLOW is a sensible fit for your goals — or whether something else would serve you better.
